These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, courses, digital products, memberships, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

CrispSleep provides educational digital programs and resources designed to improve sleep through frameworks, reflection exercises, and AI-assisted guidance.

Our offerings include:

Online courses, checklists, and trackers

Access to “Crispy the Sleep Turtle” (an AI assistant)

Optional memberships or digital upgrades

All content is educational only. CrispSleep does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Results vary by individual.

No physical goods are shipped.

4. Accounts

To access certain Services, you may need to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree not to share your account or access credentials with others.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Payments and Pricing

All prices are displayed in CHF unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. CrispSleep does not store full credit card details.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect completed purchases.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and authorized.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

We stand by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for one-time digital products.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase using the refund request form with the email used for your order.

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds apply only to first-time purchases of digital products.

Upon refund, access to the product materials will be revoked.

Memberships can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds for partial months.

7. Intellectual Property

All CrispSleep materials — including frameworks, PDFs, trackers, written content, visuals, and AI prompts — are protected by copyright and related intellectual property laws.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-commercial license to access and use the purchased content for your own educational use only.

You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials.

Share course access or content publicly or commercially.

Use our content to train, publish, or sell competing products.

7.1 AI-Generated and Third-Party Content

Some content, such as visuals, AI-generated materials, or stock media, may be produced using third-party tools (e.g., GPT-based assistants, design libraries).

Such materials remain the intellectual property of their respective creators or are used under valid licenses.

CrispSleep holds the rights to all original compilations, frameworks, course structures, and written content.

Users may not claim ownership or authorship of AI-generated content provided through our programs.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any laws or regulations.

Share harmful, abusive, or illegal content.

Attempt to hack, copy, or disrupt our systems.

Misuse the Services for commercial or deceptive purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

CrispSleep makes no guarantees of specific results or improvements.

The information we provide is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding sleep issues or medical conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

CrispSleep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product or membership in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrispSleep from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so these limits may not apply to you.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise, disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Switzerland.
